Your therapy exercises, step by step
Physical therapy that goes where you go
Animated exercises and guidance from specialists, so you can do each exercise correctly at home or at work while your therapist follows your progress.
An animation for every exercise
Watch each exercise as you do it, with hold and rep counters and a reminder to switch sides.
A plan from your therapist
Your therapist adds the exercises that suit your condition, with reps and hold times.
Progress and pain tracking
Log your pain after each exercise so your therapist can see how you're doing.
App tour
From picking an exercise to your therapist's follow-up, these are the screens you'll use.
- 01
The library
Guidance programs and exercises sorted by body area: wrist, fingers, shoulder, neck and back. Each exercise has an animation, steps and safety notes.
- 02
The exercise player
Follow the movement as it plays. The player counts hold seconds and reps, reminds you to switch sides, and plays a sound when you start and in the final seconds.
- 03
Feedback after each session
Choose your pain level and difficulty, and add a note for your therapist if you like. It takes seconds.
- 04
Your plan and progress
Today's exercises from your therapist's plan, what you've done so far, your pain trend and active days over the past week.
- 05
The therapist portal
Therapists add patients by email, set exercises, reps and hold times for each, and follow adherence and pain once the patient accepts.
How Naeesh works
Naeesh connects patients and therapists between visits: the therapist sets the exercises, the patient does them and logs how they feel, and the therapist follows along.
For patients
- 1
Sign in with your email
Enter your email and type the code we send you. There's no password, and we create your account the first time you sign in.
- 2
Accept your therapist's request
If your therapist added you, you'll see a follow-up request. Once you accept, your plan appears under My plan. No therapist? Start with a library program.
- 3
Exercise along with the animation
Read the safety note, then follow the movement. The player counts holds and reps and tells you when to switch sides.
- 4
Log how it felt
After each session, choose your pain level and difficulty. It reaches your therapist and shows up in your progress chart.
For therapists
- 1
Get a therapist account
Sign in with your email, then a Naeesh administrator turns on therapist access for your account.
- 2
Add a patient by email
The patient gets a follow-up request in their account, or when they sign up later with that email.
- 3
Set the plan
Choose the exercises and, for each one, the sets, reps, hold time and times per day. You can add a note for the patient.
- 4
Follow up between visits
Once the patient accepts, you see their adherence over the last 7 days, and their pain, difficulty and notes after each session.
Safety first
Every exercise starts with a safety note: move slowly, and stop if you feel sharp pain, numbness or tingling. Naeesh is a follow-up tool and doesn't replace an assessment by a physical therapist.
Your data and privacy
We record only what your therapist needs to follow you, and no one sees it before you agree.
Nothing before you agree
Your therapist sees nothing until you accept their follow-up request.
Only what's needed
Your sessions, pain, difficulty, notes, name and email.
No ads, no trackers
No analytics, and no access to your location, camera or contacts.
No passwords
We email you a code each time you sign in.
Frequently asked questions
Getting started
Does Naeesh replace my therapist?
No. Naeesh helps you do your exercises correctly between visits and helps your therapist follow your progress. Talk to your therapist before starting any exercise program.
Do I need a password?
No. Enter your email and we send you a sign-in code that's valid for a limited time. If you don't have an account, we create one.
Can I use it without a therapist?
Yes. After you sign in, you can start with the library's programs and exercises and log pain and difficulty after each session.
Which exercises are available now?
The workplace ergonomics program for hand injuries, plus stretches for the wrist, fingers, shoulder, neck and back. The full physical and occupational therapy library is on its way.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, in the browser on phones and computers. You can also add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
Which languages are available?
Arabic and English. Switch from the top of the page or from your profile.
Your therapist and follow-up
How do I connect with my therapist?
Give your therapist your email so they can add you. A follow-up request appears under My plan, and your plan shows up once you accept.
My therapist added me before I had an account. What now?
Sign in with the same email they used, and the request will be waiting for you.
Who can see my data?
Only you and the therapist whose follow-up request you accepted. They see nothing before you agree. The details are in the privacy policy.
I'm a therapist. How do I start?
Sign in with your email, then a Naeesh administrator turns on therapist access for your account. The Clinic page then appears so you can add patients.
Safety
What if an exercise hurts?
Stop right away if you feel sharp pain, numbness or tingling, and contact your therapist. You should feel a comfortable stretch, not pain.
Why does the app tell me to stop?
If you log pain of 7 or more, we tell you to stop exercising for the day and contact your therapist, and your therapist sees it in your log.
