Why we ask about pain after every exercise
One number from 0 to 10 tells your therapist a lot about your progress, and tells you when to stop.

After each session Naeesh asks two questions: how much pain you feel now, and how hard it was. Answering takes seconds, but it's the most useful thing your therapist sees between visits.
If you log pain of 7 or more, we tell you to stop exercising for the day and contact your therapist. And stop right away at any time if you feel sharp pain, numbness or tingling.
One number doesn't tell the whole story, but the trend over days does. If your pain drops week after week the plan is working, and if it rises your therapist knows to adjust it.
Your therapist sees your pain levels and notes only after you accept their follow-up request.
