Privacy policy
This page explains what Naeesh records, who can see it, and how we protect it.
Last updated: September 27, 2026
What we record
- Sessions: the exercise, time and duration.
- Pain: 0 to 10 after each session.
- Difficulty: easy, about right or hard.
- Notes for your therapist, if you write any.
- Your profile: name, email and app language.
From your sessions we work out your progress: active days, average pain and its trend, and what you've done of today's plan.
What we never access
- Your location
- Camera and microphone
- Contacts
- Other apps' data
Who can see your data
You, and only the therapist whose follow-up request you accepted. A therapist sees none of your data until you accept, and you can decline any request.
Once you accept, your therapist sees your plan, sessions, pain, difficulty and notes, and only they can change your plan.
How we protect it
- We store no passwords: we email you a code each time you sign in.
- Data is kept in Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany), over encrypted connections.
- Protection rules in the database make sure no one can reach anyone else's data.
Cookies
The Naeesh app uses just two cookies: one for your language and one to keep you signed in. This website uses no cookies, analytics or ads.
Deleting your data
Deleting your account deletes your profile, plans, session log and follow-up links.
Changes to this policy
